This house purchase may be the closest thing you ever experience to giving birth...painful but finally at the end great joy!  It has been quite the ordeal and I can not imagine getting through this experienc without you.  You have been like a big brother to my family and a trusted friend to me.  We all have been blessed by your wisdom and steady temperment through it all.  Your experience and knowledge were continually so reassuring.
